Mr. Barclay has been actively engaged in all facets of real estate development and building construction for over 45 years.  He founded Real Property Resources, Inc. ("RPR") and has been developing and managing investment real estate for the firm's account for approximately 30 years.  Prior to that time, he was a principal and key executive in the firm of Barclay Hollander Curci, Inc. (BHC) a major Southern California home building and land development firm that achieved national prominence for planning and design excellence.  BHC was acquired in 1969 by Castle & Cooke, Inc., a NYSE listed public company.  Mr. Barclay remained with the firm until 1973 when he left to form RPR.  Mr. Barclay's experience includes direct hands-on involvement in the development and construction of over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial space, and over 10,000 residential units, both single and multi-family. 

Mr. Putnam holds a BS in Finance from the University of Southern California and a law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.  He serves RPR in a legal and business management capacity, and his most recent projects have included Sam’s L.A. (a 15.8 acre shopping center in Los Angeles, CA), Parkside (a 60-unit (detached) residential project in Harbor City, CA),  Barclay Business Park (a 60-acre industrial park in Temecula, CA), Airport Atrium (a 100,000 sq. ft. office building in Torrance, CA), South Shores Center (a 135,000 sq. ft. shopping center in Las Vegas, NV), and the redevelopment of Airport Plaza (a 210,000 sq. ft. shopping center in Torrance, CA).  Prior experience includes 3 years as General Counsel to Transpacific Development Company, a major west coast real estate development firm.  Mr. Putnam was associated with the law firm of Jaconi and Young, real estate specialists, for the preceding 7 years.
 

Robert Barclay has been actively engaged in all aspects of real estate development and construction industry activities for over thirty (30) years.  He co-founded Barclay Construction Corporation (BCC) that has been involved in general contracting in the commercial building industry focused mainly on shopping centers and office buildings.  BCC simultaneously acted in the developer capacity of identifying land, designing, building, and selling residential income properties.  Mr. Barclay later co-founded Barclay Homes, Inc. (BHI) for the purposes of entitling and developing large parcels of land in Southern California and constructing single family tract housing.

Mr. Barclay holds a general contractors license and has built numerous retail centers, office buildings, apartment and condominium projects, planned unit developments, and for-sale housing, for his own account and for others. He continues to serve the needs of Real Property Resources in site acquisition, design development, construction administration, and property management over-site.
